What does it feel like to be Hypnotised ?

Hypnosis is simply a state of mind. It is a pleasant feeling of deep relaxation, where external noises and distractions seem unimportant. (A similar state can occur when, for example, being engrossed in a good book or film)

The depth of the experience can vary from person to person, but it is most commonly described as a very pleasant, relaxed, comfortable & welcoming, yet natural feeling.

What can it be used for ?

As Hypnotherapy and Hypnoanalysis can be used to access the actual root cause of any problems (maybe occurring many years ago) it can be used effectively to help with practically anything. Some of the more common uses are listed on the home page. Other possibilities include past life regression, grief, emotional strain, and sport and academic performance. The list really is endless.

I can help by releasing unwanted past experiences and emotions, and anchoring new & desirable feelings.
The number of sessions needed varies from person to person and this will be discussed during your initial session.
